Building healthy Christian habits.

My kids (Lucas and Araya) are such a blessing to me! They make each day more exciting, more enjoyable, more meaningful, and just... more. Some days are tougher than others, but the joys and satisfaction that they bring to our life it WAY worth it. 

If you have kids, tell them that you love them, tell them that they're smart, tell your daughters that they're beautiful, tell your sons that they're strong, tell them regularly. 

Some parents tell their kids negative things, but most just don't tell them anything, which can be just as harmful. Speak positive and encouraging things to your kids, even when they're babies and toddlers. It's less about how much they understand and more about building those habits and behaviors in your own life and in your family.
