We had an amazing month, this April! With the upcoming Oregon trip, we had so much to do that we weren't sure how we were going to get it done. But, with God's help, and our support team rallying behind us, we were able to accomplish all that we set out to do!

This month started with a 2 week trip to Fort Yukon throughout Easter. We were able to speak for 2 Sunday services and give the people a report and encourage them in what God is doing in their lives. We were blessed to be able to get back to Fort Yukon, even if it was just for a few weeks. Once again, we were sad to go, but we know that God has opened amazing doors of opportunity for us, here in Oregon, and we are looking forward to this Summer.

After the Fort Yukon trip, we spent about 4 or 5 days doing our final packing and preparations for 3.5 months out of state. We went from North Pole to Anchorage for the Alaska Ministry Network Youth and Children's Leadership Summit. We were sooooo blessed, encouraged, and uplifted by this event. Thank you Mark Z. and all the staff that worked so hard to put this on. It was "top notch".

On the heels of the Leadership Summit was the Alaska Ministry Network Conference. We were blown away by the support and honor we received during the Missions Banquet. The focus was on U.S. Missions, with A/G U.S. Missions Director Zolie Smith as the main speaker. Throughout the rest of the week, we were able to connect with friends, make new friends, and participate in the business of the Alaska Ministry Network.

WE ARE PROUD TO BE A PART OF THE ALASKA MINISTRY NETWORK!!!

The very next morning, I began the long drive from Anchorage to Salem, Oregon. Sharnay and Lucas flew down (thanks to some last minute airline miles that were donated by my parents). This drive was intense. I averaged 15 hours of driving per day for 4 days. But, God was with me, I made it in one piece.

Now, we are getting ready for our first opportunity to present Mission:Alaska at Portland Metro A/G, this Sunday.

Please be in prayer for us as we spread the Word and build our support team. We need 71 more $100 a month Faith Promises before we can head back to Fort Yukon. Thank you all for your prayers and support.
