Year End Events... (MADNESS)

This year has been a great mix of unique challenges and amazing rewards. Since we were down in the "lower 48" during the time when we normally host The Change youth conference, we decided to add that on to the schedule right before the New Year's All-Nighter. CRAZINESS!

Then, our good friend Clarence (who is one of the staff members coming up to help us host the All-Nighter) got the crazy idea to put on a basketball clinic, contest, and concert IN BETWEEN The Change and the All-Nighter. So, our schedule at the end of December is: Dec. 28-29, The Change... Dec. 30, Elevation (B-Ball Clinic, Contest, and Concert)... Dec. 31, New Year's All-Nighter (9pm - 9 am). Yeah, we're nuts.

We believe that these youth and this community are worth investing into, in every way. Yes, it's allot of work. Yes, it's ridiculously expensive. And, no, we won't see crowds of hundreds. But we know that God has called us to save the lost, disciple them, and give them every tool we can to see them walk in their God-given destiny. These events are ways in which we not only show them that fun doesn't have to be associated with drugs, sex, and alcohol, but we also build relationships with them, speak life and encouragement to them, build them up, and show them (through word and action) how to follow Christ.

Between now and then, we have allot of work to do, funds to raise, and supplies to purchase. Some of the immediate costs include: Flights for volunteer staff, Café food, Fireworks, and prizes (we have allot of tournaments and contests that need top quality prizes). We are hoping to raise $2,500 - $3,000 in the next few weeks.

Please consider making a one-time donation to assist with the cost of these events. If you would like to give, please click here:

Thank you for your support and prayers. Please be praying for Fort Yukon in the next few weeks. We desire to see people's lives changed by the power of God and living in His presence.
